so our cat Cat has been attacking my baby every time i bring her over to my moms now. it started yesterday when we bathed sophia in the sink at my moms. babygirl was splashing around and having fun and Cat jumped up and started swatting and growling at her. today she did it again twice. sophia was playing, standing up at her stroller and Cat attacked her legs and was biting her. i got up fast and pick sophia up who was screaming and crying. then the second time i was changing her on my moms bed and Cat was up there. sophia was flailing in an excited manner so i shooed Cat away in case. well she jumped back up on the bed and was biting sophia so i yelled at the cat and grabbed sophia off the bed then Cat started to attack me. Cat is one of the easiest going cats i’ve ever had. idk why the sudden change. she’s been around baby a lot and always rubs against her and comes around baby. it’s so weird. so i looked it up and people are saying to get her checked out at the vet cuz she might have something medically wrong and not be feeling good. for now tho we’re keeping Cat separated from my baby cuz that shit isn’t cool. sophia was hysterical both times and now has scratches in her legs and arm. :(
